Hey there, I’m Amanda! I have worked in a veterinary clinic since I was 11 years old and have loved every minute. I have two dogs of my own, Leeloo and Clyde, who are my partners in crime. I recently moved to Austin and I am the newest veterinary technician addition to the VCA Ben White family. I feel very welcomed by all of the patients, clients and staff as well as all of the wonderful residents of Austin! I hope to see you soon in the clinic or perhaps we will run into each other at a dog park before then!

  • Veterinary Assistant

    Monica O

Hi my name is Monica Olivera, at the clinic they call me Luna. I've been working at VCA Ben White since February 2013, and so far its been a wonderful experience. However, the real story came about in January of 2011. I was a senior at Akins High School and enrolled in a Vet Practicum class that brought me to start an internship. I am so grateful because not only did I gain my first job but, I also got to be part of the beautiful Ben White Family. I enjoy kayaking and scrapbooking for fun with my loving family. I am currently attending school to become a Veterinarian, however I also love children and a teaching is not a bad idea. I am a mother of three lovely dogs named Ginger, Lily and Samantha. Every day is a precious gift for me and life itself will only tell.

Our goal is to make sure that when you and your pet are in need that you have access to board certified specialists who are up to date on the very latest developments in their field. In our state of the art hospitals, our specialists also have access to the most sophisticated diagnostic and treatment tools and techniques from ultrasonography and endoscopy to CAT scans and even MRI.
