Hometown

Kristen was born and raised in O'Fallon, Missouri. She lived there until 2010 when she, her husband and their three dogs drove all the way to Washington.

Education/Experience

Kristen attended college at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO where she studied psychology. During college she worked at a pet retail store, as a groomer, at the St. Louis Zoo and finally found the perfect job working in a veterinary office. She joined the VCA family as a receptionist in 2002 at VCA Cloud Animal Hospital in O'Fallon, MO. When she moved to Washington she transferred to VCA Silver Lake in Everett and after about a year was promoted to Hospital Manager here at VCA Bellevue. She loves it here and couldn't be happier!

Hobbies

In her spare time Kristen gives lots of attention to her three dogs. Weather permitting, she enjoys hiking and sight-seeing all around the area. Kristen loves to cook, and may be slightly addicted to The Food Network. She also likes to tour the local microbreweries with her husband and fancies herself a beer snob.

Pets

Kristen has three dogs, two of which she claims. Gracie the 12 year old Weimaraner and Dee the 8 year old English Pointer. The third dog is 5 year old Norris the Labrador mix and although she loves him too, he is totally a daddy's boy. Sadly due to her husband's allergies she doesn't have any other pets.
