Knowledgeable, Kind Staff-Kiana Lunasco from Oakland, CA
Pet Name: Cleo
Thank you VCA for always caring for my cats. The staff are kind and considerate; Dr. Shelly LaMont is a great veterinarian! I am definitely keeping my business here!
Worth the Drive-Karyn Mitchell from Walnut Creek, CA
Pet Name: Buster, Maggie, many others
I began visiting VCA many years ago, to take advantage of Dr. Harvey's expertise with rabbits. Since then, I have trusted VCA with my entire pet family...bunnies, cats, and dogs. Every doctor I have seen has been knowledgeable, professional, kind, and genuinely concerned. Even under those terrible circumstances that every pet owner dreads, I was so grateful to have the VCA staff on our side. I have tried vets closer to home, and I always end up making the drive back to Oakland. I will forever appreciate the great care they take of my loved ones!
Thank You-J Norris from Oakland, CA
Each and every time I have brought my pet to VCA we have been treated with respect and genuine concern. The doctors are willing to explain procedures in full detail, the assistants are kind and considerate, and the groomers are great. We have boarded our dog with VCA and have returned to find her happy and well adjusted. Thank you VCA for being here for our family.
Dr. Bynum Rocks-Cindy from Oakland, CA
Pet Name: Haley, Terri
My kitty kids and I were so fortunate to find VCA Bay Area. The entire staff is warm and compassionate and I always feel well cared for when visiting. Dr. Bynum is so kind and knowledgeable. She treated my very ill cat, Haley, gently and with such compassion. I will never forget all the wonderful people working here.
Part of the family-Reggie Place from San Francisco, CA
Pet Name: Jake
Dr. Maggy and the rest of the staff are so good with our dogs, when Maya our Rott had cancer we were able to keep her with us and healthy for another 6 months because of her care. Even though I live in SF now I still cross the bridge to go to VCA. I trust them and they are part of the family
