Elizabeth Dymond, DVM, Associate Veterinarian

DVM, Ohio State University

Dr. Dymond is a local Lehigh Valley girl  and loves being a veterinarian to not only her clients of VCA AVH but her friends and family in the surrounding area. She graduated from The Ohio State  College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004 and was happy to return to the Lehigh Valley to practice at AVH. VCA AVH has been more than a place to work to her and she considers AVH family!  Dr. Dymond recently had her first child with her husband Vance and loves when they both visit her at work. She especially loves showing her son Loki what she does for a living, and he already seems to be following in her footsteps for how much he loves their dog Jarvis and cat Livvie!  When not at work, Dr. Dymond cherishes her time with her family, but is also fairly devoted to running and working out when she can fit it in (sleeping is also very important to her!).  She also enjoys traveling with the family as much as possible!  Her favorite trips include close encounters with gorillas in Uganda, Zanzibar, a safari trip to Tanzania, swimming with turtles and being at arms length to humpback whales in Hawaii. Dr. Dymond loves helping animals and their families and couldn't think of anything she would rather do in life. Her motto is taken from a bumper sticker she once found and it read "wag more, bark less!"
