    Lisa Prince

Lisa joined VCA Avalon Heart of Gwinnett Animal Hospital in 2008. She worked as a technician, receptionist and kennel attendant for 5 years before becoming hospital manager in 2013. She is married and shares her home with 2 dogs "Olivia and Duke" and a Guinea Pig named "Scout".

"I started working for Dr. Delong in 2008. I was hired as a kennel assistant and loved it! I worked my way up to senior technician and did some reception work as well. I love my job and take pride in my work. I enjoy doing all I can to help the pets that enter our clinic and their parents, whether it is illness or routine vaccinations. I love being a caregiver and working with all types of animals; large, small, furry, scaly, and feathery. My job is very fulfilling and I try to get to know all of our patients and clients."

My husband and I have 2 dogs. Duke is a Dachshund and Pit Bull Mix and Olivia is an Australian Shepherd Mix. We also have a guinea pig named Scout and a turtle named Fluffy (who lives in the lobby). I  am artistic and enjoy scrap booking, sculpture, and being creative.
