  • A Sad day for us

-gina marie vlach from naperville, IL
    Pet Name: Bud

Our Bud passed away 10/29/11, we had to put him down as he couldn't walk anymore. We brought him to VCA to do a neurological exam on him, and found out he might have a tumor on his spine. We received a very nice card from VCA, and I just wanted to say thank you. We miss our precious boy Bud so much, and it hurts us not to have him here...but we know he is in heaven watching over us. Thank you for the nice card, it meant a lot.

  • Thank you for your compassion

    -Laura from Naperville, IL
    Pet Name: Katie

Pet Image We discovered that our beloved pet had passed away in the wee hours of the morning. We didn't know quite what to do with her, plus we were shocked and heartbroken. We called VCA and they were very kind and took care of our dog for us. A couple days later we received a very nice card with our puppy's paw print on it to remember her by. Thank you for taking the burden of what to do with her away from us and for being so kind about it.

A very special thanks for Dr. Looper on the time she spent with us and Kelly. We had a good 2 weeks with Kelly before the end.We miss her. Again, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS. • A Silver Lining ...

-Michelle, Dan, and Bella from Naperville, IL
    Pet Name: Bella

Pet Image We discovered VCA during an emergency situation. Our dog, Bella, had a TPLO surgery performed (at a different vet hospital) and it seemed some complications arose. Dr Peacock and his staff were able to fix Bella's leg and perform a corrective surgery to get her back on track with the healing process.

Thanks to Dr Peacock's expertise and quick actions, Bella can now enjoy the rest of her summer!

  • VCA Was There When My Pet Needed Them

    -Anna Suski from Naperville, IL

One late Saturday afternoon my child left our gate opened and our greyhound, thinking it was race time, bolted out of our yard. We caught up to her just as she got hit by a car. My vet was closed but I was fortunate to find that VCA Aurora was open 24 hours. When we got her there, they had the resources to do x-rays and suture her wounds. If VCA Aurora wasn't there I'm sure my pet would have died waiting for an animal hospital to open Monday morning. They are truly life savers.

  • Forgever Grateful

    -Karianne Pejskar from Aurora, IL

On behalf of me and the entire family of Ziggy Pejskar, I would like to thank the medical team in ICU for all their love, compassion, and unwavering efforts to try and give my Ziggy a second chance at life. While my baby lost his battle, I am forever grateful to the entire VCA medical team for doing everything they could. I am grateful for their enthusiasm during the high points and for experiencing the pain with me as we all had to say good-bye. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality pet care. To me, the VCA medical team is the best of the best.

  • Dermatology - Dr. McKay - Aurora Illinois

    -Barbara Kanya from Elgin, IL
    Pet Name: Harley

Dr. McKay goes above and beyond being my German Shepherd Harley's doctor. She has done wonders for his allergies. She always takes time to answer emails-even when she is not in the office! She is a great asset to VCA in Aurora. I don't know what we would do without her!
