VCA Augustine Loretto Animal Hospital

Client Services

  • Receptionist

    Julie

Julie joined the clinic in May 2011, with previous experience. She was born and raised in Jacksonville, and has been married since 2010. She has two cats, Dash and Sweetie.

I love taking care of the animals (especially cats!) and working to make sure owners are best informed. Julie

  • Receptionist

    Pam

Pam has been living in Jacksonville since 2005, starting at the clinic that year. She has an Akita-mix named Benjamin, and two tabby cats (Daisy and Tiger). She has a daughter that attends UNF, and her husband works at FSCJ!

I love having a job I can walk to; I have always been fascinated by cats and I am  thankful the hospital  gives  me an opportunity to work with them. Pam

  • Receptionist

    Lucinda Montgomery
School: Unversity of North Florida, BA (History), Dental Certified

Lucinda moved from the Orlando-area in 2006, and started at the clinic as a technician, but now works as both tech and receptionist. Lucinda is a 2013 graduate from UNF, but wishes to never stop learning! She enjoys SCUBA diving, travel, and hanging with her awesome German Shepherd Dog (Anja), and fluffy kitty, Yahtzee.

I love being able to see medicine help any animal in need; all creatures (great and small) are very important to me!  Lucinda

  • Receptionist

    Kathy Muren

Originally from Ohio, Kathy has been working at the clinic since April 2005, with previous experience. She is married with three children, two girls and a boy. She also has a tabby cat (Bengal) and a cute little Terrier-mix named Zita, all rescues!

I love to be around the pets and love the staff I work with- "It is a very fulfilling feeling!"  Kathy

  • Receptionist

    Anne Myers

Anne began working at the clinic in 2013; she is from North Carolina, and has the accent to prove it! It was there she worked previously as a technician and receptionist for two years. She has two children and a grandson, as well as a Maltese-poodle named Bentley. In her spare time, Anne loves going to the beach!

My  favorite part of working at the hospital (besides the cute pets), is that I enjoy working with a dedicated staff that gives the very best healthcare for the animals. Anne
