  Yesterday I had to have Tori put to sleep. It was hard. The woman at the front desk was so nice to me and talked me thru what was going to happen. She really helped me in my decision. Words cannot express the extreme gratitude I have to her. Thank you. The staff that performed the procedure were so kind and aware of my feelings.   We have been going to VCA Associates in Pet Care for the past 9 years. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received there. Our dog, Chloe, recently passed away at the age of 9. Chloe had some ongoing health issues. Dr. Kim Centgraf became quite familiar with Chloe. Dr. Kim was always very attentive to our concerns about Chloe's health and well-being.   I am pleased to highly recommend Dr. James R. Johnson. He has cared for three generations of our pets, including one cat and six dogs over a period of twenty-nine years. Our pets have always received the best care possible. On office visits, he puts animals and their owners at ease. He shows compassion and care for the pet and the person. After a diagnosis, he explains the pros and cons of each option for treatment. Also, he has been available for consultation on behavioral issues as well as health issues of our pets. Our pets have always received great care.
