  • I love VCA

    -Yvonne Lee from Kankekee, IL
    Pet Name: Suzie and Kaylea

I have two dogs that are cared for by VCA. One has health problems that she was born with. Both are seen by Dr. Turner. She has done research on her own to determine if more could be done to help my Suzie. She is so loving and gentle. All the staff at VCA are very helpful and professional. They go above and beyond to help. I also get grooming done there and have been very happy.

  • Thank you for Saving Tiger's life

    -marionj from watseka, IL
    Pet Name: tiger

Pet Image I was new to Watseka in 2007. I had not found a Vet yet. Our older big lab. Bit Tiger who is a Tazmanian Chihuahua. Tiger thought he was a Great Dane in size. He had everybody fooled. Poor Tiger was bleeding from his head. I was frantic. I called all the vets in our phone book who were local. I wasn't an established client any place yet. The only place that I could go was to Champaign from Watseka. I didn't know but it sounded too far and Tiger was bleeding. I called VCA and they said I could bring him in. Dr, Gortowski and the staff were extremely helpful. Even with sedation he still thought he was a Tazmanian. He had a hole in his head but luckily it was by his sinus. It took treatments antibiotics home care and more visits but Tiger is still doing fine. I am ever grateful to their compassion and expertise.

  • Best Vet in U.S.

    -Lyn Stua from Kankakee, IL
    Pet Name: Sam and Mic

Pet Image We had four dogs, unfortunately we only have two now and both are up there in years and having serious old age issues. Our Veterinarian is Dr Piatt. I've been stationed in several states over the U.S. and met numerous Vet's, I have to say that Dr. Piatt is the absolute best Vet that I have met in my life. A person who truly cares for your pet as if it was her own. When you walk into a Vet clinic where you and your pet are greeted with sincere concern for our well-being, you know your dog is going to be well taken care of. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful and thorough down to the tech taking lab samples to the tech taking your money. I wouldn't trust the well-being of my very loved (and spoiled) pooch to anyone but them. Lastly I'm certain Dr. Piatt is going straight to heaven - Excellent Veterinarian!

  • Best Place to go

    -Tom from Kankakee, IL
    Pet Name: Simba

I recently went to VCA Aroma Park and let me tell you those people are phenomenal. My little boy Simba is scared to visit the vet, but when we go into this place he is right at home. The staff is caring and compassionate, which is hard to find these days. I recommend this facility to everyone I know when it comes to their pets needs.
