VCA Apex Animal Hospital offers comfortable boarding to make your pet feel at home ' away from home. We provide quality boarding with a personal touch. Our boarding facility is climate controlled for your pet's continued comfort. 
We have 23 different indoor runs that vary in size from 3x5 to 4x6. We also have 15 cages for small dogs that vary in size from 2x2 to 2x3. We have 9 cat cages that are 2x2.
Vaccine Requirements:
All pets must be up-to-date with their immunizations.
Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, Leptospirosis, Bordetella and a negative Fecal within the last 6 months.
Cats: Rabies, FVRCP, FELV and a negative Fecal within the last 6 months.

We provide beds, blankets and toys for your pets while they are here, so it's not necessary to bring any of these items with you. However, if having a special blanket or toy will help your pet feel more comfortable during his/her stay then feel free to bring them when you drop off. We do ask that you label any belongings that you bring in case we have to wash them; we want to make sure they are returned to the correct pet.
We provide Science Diet Sensitive Stomach food while your pet is boarding. If you want to bring your own food, please feel free. We feed 2 times a day, but will do our best to accommodate your pet's needs to make them feel as comfortable as possible while staying with us. 
Hours of Operation for Drop Offs and Pick Ups from Boarding:
Monday ' Friday: 7:30am ' 5pm
Saturday: 8:00am ' 12am
Sunday: Prearranged pickups from 5pm ' 5:30 pm only.
We are closed New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have shorter hours of operation on New Years Eve and Christmas Eve.
Boarding Admission Form: Before boarding with us we need our Boarding Admission Form filled out. Please feel free to print it and bring it with you when you drop off to speed up the check in process.
