Biography
Dr. Sandmeier has been an associate veterinarian at VCA Animal Medical Center since June 2009. She attended veterinary school at Washington State University from 2005 to 2009. She graduated from the University of Hawaii at Hilo in 2005 with a B.S. in Animal Science.
Dr. Sandmeier has enjoyed working at Animal Medical Center since graduating from veterinary school. The favorite part of her job is forming relationships with clients and patients. She enjoys surgery, internal medicine, and preventative medicine.
When not at the clinic, Dr. Sandmeier enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking, reading, knitting, and walking with her dogs in the park. She has two dogs, a German Shepherd named Ella and a German Shorthair Pointer named Kekoa.
