Dr. Andrew Hagner has set down roots in Saratoga County after living much of his life overseas, including attending veterinary school at the Royal Veterinary College London, Where he graduated in 2010. Dr. Hagner is also an alumni of Vassar College, where he first fell in love with Upstate New York. He is known most in the area for his work with pocket pets, but also loves working with dogs and cats, especially when it comes to dermatology and preventative care.
