Boarding Information

Our facility offers a variety of services to make your pet feel right at home. Animals are taken out at least two times a day for playtime in our fenced in backyard. During playtime, pet areas are cleaned and disinfected. Animals are fed twice daily unless owners provide specific instructions. We are more than happy to provide bedding and bowls for food and water but if you’d like to leave a little bit of home behind, blankets, towels, and toys are always welcome. We do recommend to owners to bring their pet’s current diet to avoid digestive problems.

Cats stay in their own private "wing" and the same care and attention are given to our feline friends. Pets staying longer than five days receive a "clean up bath" on their pick up day to welcome back owners smelling clean and fresh. However, we do have a licensed groomer on staff so let us know if you would like to have your pet pampered during A Day at the Spa. (Cats are usually excluded unless previously groomed or bathed.)

Our top priority is the health of the animals we have staying at our facility and doctors require an initial health exam of your pet prior to the boarding date. At this time, the staff and doctors get a chance to meet you and your pet and discuss any special requirements needed before boarding. A temperament test will also be done during this visit to make sure we are able to provide your pet with the care he or she needs during their stay.

Requirements for boarding are:

Canine
    •    Current Vaccines (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella)
    •    Negative fecal (lab tested within the past 6 months)
    •    Proof of use of flea prevention

Feline

    •    Negative Fecal (lab tested within the past 6 months)
    •    Proof of use of flea prevention
