Words can't say enough-Sheryl Whelan from South Chesterfield, VA
Pet Name: Sir Bo Cephus and Miss Maggie
WOW.....The doctors and staff at this hospital are exceptional! I have to start out by saying this is my 2nd home. I adore the girls in the office. They are caring, comforting and beyond helpful. It's not just a job, you can tell how much they love what they do. Anytime I call they always take care of my needs and my Sir Bo and Miss Maggie. Dr. Brown is AWESOME!! My kids and I would be lost with out her. Thank all of you so much for taking such awesome care of my kids and their over-protective mom. I would never be able to come up with the words to express how much you are appreciated and loved. Animal Care is my home away from home.
Loving Care for Angus-The Paulette Family from Chester, VA
Pet Name: Angus
We have been going to Animal Care since June of 2003. They have always been so caring for our two recuse dogs (Angus and Annabelle). Roberta and Michelle were great with their grooming. This past July, Gus became very ill and everyone there did all that could be done. Dr. Brown went above and beyond in caring for him. Unfortunately, Gus left us on August 5. To the staff and Dr. Brown, thank you all for the love and compassion that you all show to Gus, my wife and I.
Simon My Peke-Becky Hunley from Henrico, VA
Pet Name: Simon
When in lived in Chester, I took my Pekingese, Simon, to VCA. When he developed a kidney problem, they took the best care of him. He was loved by all the staff. When he died, at 17 years, they were there for me. I really appreciate everything they did for me and for Simon.

My wife and I have been bringing our Huskies here for many years. We have always had great care for them from the Doctors who have and are now working there. The staff from the front desk to the groomers are also super!! We have tried other places before we found them and this VCA Animal Care is just the best place we have found...you won't be disappointed!

I came to VCA Animal Care Associates on a whim - I had driven by and saw it and just decided to stop in. I am so glad I did - it has been such a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and I really enjoyed my visit. I would tell everyone how great they are!
Dr. Mary Brown Staff-Steve Donna from Chester, VT
Pet Name: Mel-Mel
We have been taking our pets & our Rescued Yorkies to Animal Care Associates for many, many years and have (for the most part) been MORE than happy for the care given to our extended family. We have seen many Vets come & go & we are praying that Dr. Mary Brown stays for a long, long period of time. She is most awesome! Dr. Mary Brown has gone above & beyond the call of duty. When one of our rescued Yorkies was diagnosed with diabetes, Dr. Brown spent more time at the clinic to keep checking on our extremely ill Yorkie than she did at home that weekend! Dr. Brown is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest & caring with all of our extended family & us humans. The staff is friendly & caring too. They all take their jobs seriously but at the same time. All being said, Dr. Mary Brown & the staff @ VCA Animal Care are fabulous & I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is in need of a GREAT Vet & compassionate staff, choose VCA Animal Care Associates.

Dr. Brown is the best-The Bush Family from Colonial Heights, VA
Pet Name: Maggie and Amos
They say that if you want to see a doctor that you don't have to wait for then you'll get the doctor that no one else wants to see. I'll wait in Dr. Brown's waiting room any day. Thank you for always taking the time to explain everything and discuss our options. Thank you for always welcoming my kids and talking to all of us even when it takes up more of your time. Thank you for your kind and reassuring words after Amos passed away and for never judging me for being the less than perfect pet owner that I am. Many many thanks to Dr. Brown and the entire staff at VCA for the wonderful care they provide.
Snow Storm-Jane M. Burchett from Colonial Heights, VA
Pet Name: Pookie
Dear Dr. Brown & staff, During the snow storm on Feb. 6, I brought Pookie in because Dr. Merty's office was closed. The clinic was full of emergencies. My cat had a kidney stone and that was minor to what other illnesses were present on that day. Dr. Brown your staff was patient, polite and caring. They endured much rudeness and impatience in the waiting room, but remained composed. You in particular, were most composed. More over, you remained Kind & concerned through it all. My Pookie was put to sleep the following week at my vet's office. Still the treatment received at your clinic was exceptional. With Gratitude Jane M. Burchett
