Hi my name is Mary Ellen. I have been the Hospital Manager here at VCA Allen Park Animal Hospital since 2009. Before my veterinary life, I spent nearly 18+ years in the insurance industry holding positions from account management, management and marketing. I decided that it was time to find a career that involved animals yet utilizing my past experiences. I am lucky to have found VCA Allen Park!

I have always had animals growing up. I was "that" child that brought pets home without permission and some how my parents let me continue to live with them. I currently have one dog, Zoe (rescue dog of course). She is a collie/mix and is quite the handful but can't image her not in my life.
