    McCall Ostler
    Veterinary Tech School: Broadview

    McCall started working at VCA in September of 2012. Since a young age she has always felt a deep connection with her canine companions. Her tendency to care for family and friends pets 24/7 inspired her to earn an Associates Degree at Broadview University and become a Certified Veterinary Technician.
    McCall believes life is not complete without four legged family members. She strives everyday to learn more about improving their health and well being so she may share her knowledge with others to help everyone provide their pets with a long, healthy life.
    McCall currently has two great loves in her life: Gwen, her loyal guardian and queen of the house German Shepherd, and her timid yet so eager to love Heeler Mix, Tesla.

    Erika Munoz
    Veterinary Tech School: Utah Career College

    Erika has been a part time technician with VCA since March of 2007. She has completed the Technician Program at Utah Career College.

    Erika is originally from Peru and speaks Spanish fluenty. Erika has a maltese, Teeny, who is also speaks fluent Spanish.

    Erika loves art and recently returned from a trip with her sister to Rome and Italy.

    Though she only works for VCA part-time, her love for the animals is full-time.

    Jean Gonzalez

    Jean has recently started working with us in June 2011. His passion for animals started from growing up in a farm in Colombia. He is currently going to the University of Utah to major in biology. If he isn�t at school or at work, he is spending time with his 4-year-old dachshund. He loves coming to work knowing he is making a difference in people�s life and their pets. He speaks Spanish fluently and enjoys spending time with each patient. He also enjoys: spending time with his family and friends, going on trips, and playing with his dog. Nothing makes him happier than seeing a smile on a clients face and their pets.

    Gina Mejia

    Gina grew up in Los Angeles, CA. Her love for animals started at a young age from growing up in a house full of pets. She traveled through many states with her husband who served 8 years in the US Army, during that time she became a Medical Assistant and worked in an acupuncture clinic. Recently, Gina and her family relocated to Utah where she decided to use her skills she learned as a medical assistant to pursue her dream of working with animals. She is the proud mother to a son and daughter and has 3 rescue pets, Betty, MaoMao (cats) and Domino (dog).

    Michi Wasden
    Veterinary Tech School: Utah Career College

    Michi has worked for VCA since February 2007. Her love for animals led her to graduate from Utah Career College with an associate’s degree and became certified as a veterinary technician. She currently owns one 14 year old cat, and helps take care of her family members’ pets. Michi enjoys showing up to work everyday with the idea she can help even if it’s just "one"!
