VCA All Pet Animal Hospital/Taylorsville

Lindsey Maloof, DVM, Associate Veterinarian

DVM, Iowa State University

Dr. Maloof grew up in Milford, Massachusetts, where most of her family still resides. After high school, she attended Cook College, Rutgers University in New Jersey, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. Dr. Maloof graduated from Iowa State University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. The summer after graduation, she dug up her roots again and moved west to Utah. Dr. Maloof has been working for VCA All Pet Animal Hospital and enjoying it ever since.

Dr. Maloof’s professional interests include surgery, small exotic mammal medicine, and the human-animal bond. She also likes attending continuing education lectures in veterinary medicine throughout the year. Dr. Maloof is an active member of the AVMA, UVMA, and SLVMA.

Outside of work Dr. Maloof enjoys practicing and competing in agility trials with her dogs, experiencing new adventures with her husband Chris, reading, traveling, relaxing at the spa, and baking (even though the high altitude of Salt Lake City makes it more challenging). She has two dogs Odie and Charlie and a cat Ecco.
