Our Veterinary Hospital provides top quality medical services, cat and dog boarding, pet grooming, wellness exams, preventative care, vaccines, diagnostic services, spays, neuters, dental procedures, and soft tissue surgeries. Our friendly staff looks forward to knowing every client by name and treating you like family when you are in our care.

We understand the strong bond between human and pet so we care for each patient as if they were our own. One of our goals is to educate each pet owner on the best ways to prevent disease and detect problems early. We have plans for all stages of life to help your pet live a long happy life from the early years through the geriatric years. We tailor each pet's treatment plan to suit their individual history, environment and lifestyle.

In addition to our medical care, we also have a large, newly renovated boarding facility. If you are going away, you can relax knowing that your cat or dog is in the best hands. Special dietary and medical needs can be provided during your pet's stay with us. Our canine boarders enjoy scheduled time outside, and with reservations longer than four days, your dog will receive a bath so s/he is fresh and clean when going home. Our feline boarders enjoy quality snuggle time throughout their stay with Aldrich associates as well. Call us to make your reservation today!

Our staff strives to create a relationship with you and your pet the moment you walk through our doors. We believe our technician and reception teams are an integral part of your experience at our hospital, which is why they have the knowledge and experience to answer questions, share their education, and act as a direct link to our veterinarians.

The VCA network gives us access to local and nationally recognized specialists, so your pet receives the highest quality health care. Through education, communication, and preventative medicine, we work to give your family and long and healthy life together.

Local Medical Issues

Having a pet is a wonderful experience. However, there are some zoonotic diseases that you should be aware of. These are diseases that can be transferred from animals to humans, including intestinal parasites, leptospirosis, rabies and tick-borne diseases. There are things we can and should do to protect our pets and our human family members from these diseases. Pets can be protected from many diseases by vaccinations and year-round prevention.

Intestinal parasites can be transmitted through contaminated soil and fecal matter. To protect your pets, they should be on year-round parasite protection such as Interceptor and Revolution. You should have your pet's stool sample checked at least twice a year to make sure they aren't infected and shedding parasites. Humans should wash their hands after gardening or playing outside.

Heartworm disease effects both dogs AND CATS. It is a deadly disease that is transmitted by a mosquito and can be prevented. Both dogs and cats need to be on year-round preventatives such as Interceptor and Revolution.
