    Lori Welsh

    Lori has worked in the veterinary field for over 18 years. Lori attended the veterinary program at Harcum College. She became a licensed technician in March 2014. She would like to one day specialize in veterinary dentistry. Lori has a full house with four dogs- Winston, Daisy, Belle and Bianca, two cats O’Malley and Boots.  She also has a uromastix lizard named Mushu.  When not working as a tech or being a mom to so many four legged creatures, Lori likes to travel and take photos.

    Amber Wilmink

    Amber has worked at APC since March 2010.  She has worked her way up from boarding attendant all the way to licensed Veterinary Technician! Amber also helps coordinate the neurology appointments. Amber has a kitten named Chevelle that she struggles to keep out of trouble! Amber enjoys snowboarding and spends a lot of her free time on the slopes. Amber also enjoys eating Japanese food and wonders if it has anything to do with her Japanese heritage!

    Shiloh Gabelman

    Shiloh was born in Key West but didn’t stay long! He has traveled extensively throughout his life. Shiloh has lived in Mexico, and traveled to El Salvador, Bolivia and China. Now Shiloh has settled in Anchorage the home town of his lovely wife, Heather. They have a little boy, Josiah and a daughter Sapphire. Shiloh is a certified Veterinary Assistant and has trained in grooming. He loves the veterinary field and he plans on continuing his studies to become a licensed technician.

    Tara Shea

    Tara is native to Alaska. Originally from North Pole, she moved to the Anchorage area in high school. Tara has worked at APC since August 2014 and she says she loves it! Tara has a terrific commitment to client service and patient wellness. She is studying to be a certified and licensed veterinary technician. Tara has been volunteering at the Bird Treatment and Learning Center since 2013.  She would someday like to work in wildlife rehabilitation. Tara lives with her husband Brian and their “pack” of hermit crabs. Tara is an avid traveler and has spent much time in Thailand, Honduras and the Philippines.
