Erin Miller, DVM, Staff Veterinarian

DVM, Colorado State University

Dr. Miller grew up in sunny southern California and, after a brief stint as a Disneyland Swedish shopkeeper, worked with zoo animals while receiving her BS in Ecology at the University of California, San Diego

Colorado beckoned in the form of veterinary school at CSU in Fort Collins.  After graduating in 2001, Dr. Miller accepted an internship at Alameda East .  She became enthralled by the standard of medicine, access to world class specialists, and (most importantly) fantastic clientele.  Her first professional job become her life-long home when she accepted a job as a staff veterinarian.

Dr. Miller's professional interests include pain management, senior care, preventative medicine and nephrology (kidney disease).  Nephrology is a special focus after losing her beloved terrier mix Bailey to kidney failure.

Home is now Greenwood Village with her two animalistic young children, two cats, and her chubby blind cattle dog Tess.  Given Tess's passionate love of food (and subsequent waistline struggles), Dr. Miller feels somewhat hypercritical delivering weight management lectures to pet parents.
