    Destinee D

    Destinee joined the VCA team in March 2014. Destinee is a Texas native, and has been in the Mid-Cities area since 1999. She graduated with an Art degree but wanted to work with animals and has been in the animal industry since 2009. At home, Destinee has a Shar-Pei mix named Yoda and a a domestic shorthair named Ninja. She is a vegetarian, loves to read, watch movies and play video games.

    Linda D

    Linda joined the VCA team in 2015. She is originally from California, and moved to Texas in 2014. Linda graduated from Westech's Veterinary Assistant program and works both at our front desk and as a nurse. Linda's love for animals brought her to the veterinary industry, and she adopted Bella, a bulldog, not long after starting with us. In her free time, Linda volunteers at the Haltom City Animal Shelter, and enjoys riding her bike and watching movies.

    Maddie N

    Maddie joined our team in 2015. After 10 years of working in the human medical laboratory setting, she decided to pursue a career in the animal industry because she wanted to be able to help animal and their owners. She is currently working towards a degree in Animal Sciences. She lives with her husband and their three dogs Waylon, Eugene (pictured above) and Camilla, as well as their three guinea pigs Beyoncé, Phoebe and Kevin. In her free time, she enjoys reading, vegan cooking and trying to convince her husband that they need to live on a farm so she can adopt more animals!

    Amanda T.

    Amanda joined our team in May 2013. She is currently enrolled at the University of North Texas and works for us every summer and winter break. Amanda is working toward her Biology degree, and then plans to go on to vet school, where she wants to become a small animal veterinarian. Amanda has three dogs at home - a beagle named Franklin and two chocolate labs named Ethel Rose and Chestnut. In her spare time Amanda enjoys working out and reading.
