I wish there were an easy way to put into words the loving, kind, patient, informative, caring, and concerning way Dr. Batenhorst takes care of not only our animals, but also, US, their PEOPLE! I usually have plenty of questions when one of our animals are ill, and have NEVER felt as if she didn't have all the time in the world to stand there and take care of all of my concerns. I am deeply grateful and blessed to have found such an extraordinary Veterinarian! You can NOT put a price tag on the peace she gives us while our animals are in her care. I feel she goes way above and beyond her call of duty with our 5 dogs, as well as animals I have had in the past that she took wonderful care of. Thank you so much Dr B., for the exemplary care you are taking of Mitzee (and of course all the others as well.) You have eased our minds and our inner being with the knowledge you have shared with us concerning our current situation. Your personal experiences you share amplify your understanding of what we as pet owners are experiencing. It amazes me that you are willing, ready, and able to push forward with Mitzee's recovery when I know you felt me giving up. You understood that I was in need of "me" time from taking care of an immobile animal. You are a true advocate for all animals!!!
