Thank you for choosing us for your pet’s veterinary needs. We are excited to meet you and your pet, and look forward to helping you keep your pet healthy and happy throughout his or her lifetime. Before your first visit, please gather any previous medical or adoption records you have for your pet. This helps our team to get an accurate understanding of your pet’s medical history and current needs, and allows us to create the best treatment plan for your pet. Please arrive 20 minutes early for your first appointment, and bring your pet either in a carrier or on a leash. This allows you time to fill out an intake form, and allows us time to make copies of the records you provided and to enter your information into the computer. When it is time for your appointment, one of our veterinary assistants will escort you to an exam room where he or she will take your pet’s vitals and ask you some questions about your pet. The veterinarian will come in next and examine your pet. He or she will listen and ask questions so he or she can understand your concerns. He or she will also perform a full physical examination of your pet and will ask you questions about his or her lifestyle. We are excited to meet you and your pet.
